I am looking for feedback regarding 504 Plans. Anyone have experience with the 504? How did it work for you and your child? Positives, negatives? Anyone have samples of a 504 Plan that was written for a child with celiac disease? Do you have any info that you would be interested in sharing at one of our meetings? Please e-mail us: info@somersetrock.org

Alice's Diner

Looking for a casual place to eat where you don't have to worry about whether your dietary needs are going to be understood? Alice's Diner on South Main Street in Fall River, MA offers a GF breakfast and lunch menu. Not only are there many GF options available, but Alice, the cook and owner, is celiac. Last weekend, we tried the diner. Alice came to our table and spoke with us for a while. It was a very comfortable atmosphere, where most of the people there on this particular day were eating GF! Also, we had the opportunity to talk with other celiacs, one who came all the way from Warwick, RI to enjoy a Saturday lunch. Stop by some time...I bet you will not be the only GF customer there!
